Recently, LandGlass received a test report from Intertek: LandVac fully tempered vacuum insulated glass has successfully passed the impact testing defined in the standards for architectural safety glazing test, ANSI Z97.1-2015 and CPSC 16 CFR 1201 (1997).
Impact testing is an important performance testing used to determine the safety, reliability and effectiveness of a tempered glass product under external impact or force. By passing this impact test, it indicates that LandVac has totally retained the high strength, impact resistance, and other safety features of a tempered glass and completely meets the impact resistance requirements in accordance to the U.S. Architectural Safety Glazing Standards.
