When the air valve in the air
distribution box is in the middle position, the corresponding pointer indicates
zero. The indicator reading points to positive values when the air valve moves
up and points to negative values when it moves down.
If the tempered glass
bends upwards, it means that the wind pressure on the upper part of the chiller
in the tempering section is low. At this point, adjust the air valve downward
or to the direction of negative value. To the contrary, when it bends downwards,
adjust the air valve and move it to the direction of positive value.
