When the curvature settings of the bending chiller have errors or the glass runs off the track during the movement, it will cause misalignment of the bent glass or the diagonals of the bent tempered glass not in the same plane. In that case, we should adjust the curvature of the bending chiller and the position of the positioning baffle in the chiller.
If the curved edges of the bent tempered glass have cracks, we should consider reducing the tempering air pressure of the bending chiller. Appropriately shorten the waiting time before blowing, and reduce the bending speed of the bending chiller.
When the curvature of the bent glass changes, we should readjust the curvature parameters by extending the heating time or increasing the chamber temperature of the glass tempering furnace. Check if the heating wire and thermocouple work properly.
