How to maintain the lifting gears of the glass tempering furnace?
To ensure a smooth lifting of the glass tempering furnace unit, spray certain amount of N46 lubricant oil to lubricate the trapezoidal screw in the pillar after every lift of the furnace top (or at least once a month). Apply lithium-based grease to the bevel gear of the transmission mechanism every quarter.
The speed reducer gears of the glass tempering machine top lifter: The lubricant shall be maintained at the middle position of the oil level window, replaced once every year. #30 or 40 premium lubricating oil is recommended.
