What is the structure of the main driving system and its working principle?

The driving system of the continuous glass tempering furnace: The main driving of the continuous tempering furnace, from low to high, is divided into the low-speed section and the high-speed outlet section. Depending on the type of glass being processed, the system may adopt either mechanical variable speed or motor variable speed approach. The main driving system adopts O-ring type belt drive consists of gear motor, chain drive, spindle, O-ring belt drive, and ceramic rollers.

The working principle of the continuous glass tempering furnace: After the glass enters the furnace, it will first move forward at the low speed given in the program then be heated. When the glass arrives at a certain position, the equipment will change the speed according to the variable speed setting till reaching the departing speed. The glass then leaves the oven and is tempered quickly.
